No you haven't gone color blind XD This is a flash back opening.
In case you didn't figure it out yet, it happened a few years ago when the Ripper was finally captured by the authorities and shortly before he was brought to Willow Hill.

Also... don't you just hate it when you bother to design a small building and just end up having to put a huge ass speech bubble on it ? Damn you News guy ! DX

Those are real murder scenes in those pictures aren't they? That really adds to the disturbing mood.

Yea, I mean google. You found them on google? Silly google, that just seems wrong for them to put murder images on google. Oh well, they helped your story, though.

I'm going to be the bitchy grammar police woman and point out that your pronoun should be "it", not "them" in the fourth panel. If your object is "evidence", that's singular, not plural.

Just throwing that in there, in case you publish these or something.

Ripper v. the guy with the long blond hair, huh?

But there's more than one evidence, no ? o.o

Not . . . exactly. In English, the word "evidence" itself is a collective singular, as in the phrase "body of evidence". Now, if you were to insert "pieces of" before it, you'd use a plural, because the object becomes plural (pieces of evidence).

I've heard English is the worst language for breaking its own rules. I think perhaps we just got lazy when developing it and said, "We don't need so many stinkin' variations; just say this instance is a rule-breaker!"

And on that note, I have revealed my secret geekery associated with my native tongue. I can't help it. I seem hard-wired for English--proper grammar and all. I took three years of French and failed pretty badly. Sometimes I can infer the meaning of a French word from a familiar or common root, and I read French better than I speak or write it, but all and all, I'm hopeless.

I wish I could master French, but English, she is a jealous bitch.

Because, despite my apparent inability to learn any other language with any proficiency (although, to balance things out, I'm generally awesome with English; any time you have a question, go for it), I like learning new things, and my (sub-standard) high school only offered Spanish and French. Of the two, French is *much* higher on my aesthetic scale. I'd have loved to studied Latin or Gaelic, if given the chance. Alas.

I sometimes wish I had the freedom and finances to simply take a flight to France and live for a year, a sort of "sink or swim" approach, but that's a little out of my sphere of the possible right now.

I rather admire people from other countries--European folks, especially--for their determination to learn more than one language. In a way, the education system in America seems to almost discourage it.

Okay, sorry. Rant over. *sigh* It's just one of those subjects I'm big on.

The comic is coming along very nicely, and I'll be keeping tabs, because I enjoy it.

R.C.P.D.?

D8 Ripper was Caught in River City? or Raccon City?!

Did S.T.A.R.S. Take him out or Ryan and Alex?!

Heheh sorry Twisted writer's humor. Plus the idea of The Ripper Versus Wesker seems pretty freaking Boss.
